So you want to know a little more about me? Where to start...

 

Honestly, I'm just a regular guy who loves movies and likes to write reviews. I'm not a professional, but it is something I enjoy so why not do more of it. I got tired of the 9 to 5 grind and decided to try blogging for a while, and movie reviews seemed like the natural choice. I try to write several reviews a week, from the latest releases, to a classics, to something on one of the streaming services, so keep checking back for more reviews.

I'm in to all types of movies and will watch just about anything. My favourites tend to be thriller and action/adventures, and I do have a fondness for horror movies as well (I'm known to try an get in a 24-hour horror marathon around Halloween, although it is getting harder to make it the full 24 hours without nodding off). I'm also one to watch and be fully engaged by some of the more ridiculous films that you might find as originals on the SyFy channel (like Sharknado) so you may find some of that here too. I'm not particular fond of romances and period dramas, so tend to shy away, but as I said, I will watch just about anything.

And there's not much more to tell. You can generally find me at the local theatre watching the latest release and trying not to overindulge on popcorn. Or you can find me chilling out and watching a movie at home with my dog Remy (that's him below). Otherwise I night be listening to music, reading a (hopefully) good book, and if I'm not injured (which is a lot of the time) playing baseball.
